But from the beginning of creation, 'God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.' So they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, no human being must separate."

The Parish recognizes the importance of the marriage decision and seeks to assist each couple with a period of preparation in which they will grow in an ever deepening love for each other. A period of nine months is required to allow this preparation to be completed adequately. Application forms are available in the Parish Office.
Marriage preparation classes are offered periodically throughout the year by a team who understand the Church's teachings on the sacrament of Matrimony and are able to relate their own personal experience and knowledge of marriage.
Couples seeking Marriage must comply with the following criteria: No reservations should be made or invitations printed until you have met with the parish priest or his delegate.
